Chai Spiced Banana Muffins

Chai Spiced Banana Muffins made with Greek Yogurt and topped with a Bourbon Glaze

Chai Spiced Banana Muffins | figsandfeta.comI love to find ways to incorporate Greek yogurt as an ingredient in my baking and cooking. Combine it with mashed avocados to make a tangy and delicious Greek Guacamole dip, use it as a marinade for Greek Chicken Souvlaki, or whip it with feta for a perfect smashed or baked potato topping.

Chai Spiced Banana Muffins | figsandfeta.comHere I’ve mixed Greek yogurt with mashed banana and chai spices for a moist, tangy spiced muffin. Topped with a light sugary glaze these quick to prepare muffins are a great way to use up old bananas, and asking your kiddos to mash the bananas is a great way to get them involved in the kitchen.Chai Spiced Muffins | figsandfeta.com

For an extra special treat (and my favorite choice) top these muffins with a bourbon glaze.
