½ cup crumbled feta
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
30 mini filo cups, store-bought
Caramelized onions for topping
Crumbled, cooked bacon for topping
In a medium bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, ricotta cheese nutmeg, egg, salt and pepper. Fill 30 mini filo cups with the mixture, top with caramelized onions. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes, until the filling is set. Before serving, sprinkle with bacon pieces.
