Zesti-Zesty Feta Dip


The word zesti in the Greek language translates as “hot.” Stateside, Merriam-Webster.com defines zesty as “having a strong, pleasant, and somewhat spicy flavor.” This Zesti-Zesty Feta Dip is all of the above and more.

Hot, spicy, strong and tangy, enjoy it with Oregano Pita Chips, on crackers or as a sandwich spread.  Add a little extra red pepper flakes or Sriracha to kick-up the heat depending on how hot you like it. Tossing all the ingriedients together in the food processor makes preparation quick and easy. Grab a glass of water because this stuff is hot! But it a good way… :)

  1. 6 ounces Feta cheese
  2. ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  3. ½ cup roasted red peppers (jarred)
  4. 2-3 cloves garlic
  5. 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  6. 1-2 teaspoons dried red pepper flakes
  7. Juice of ½ lemon
  8. Pinch of black pepper
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Yep, that's it.
  3. Serve with Oregano Pita Chips.
